Athens, GA is located about 80 miles Northeast of Atlanta. If you fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, you can take a Shuttle to Athens (click Metro Shuttles)
Athens has it's own small airport, Ben Epps, located just a few miles East of downtown. A variety of local transportation options are available.
